Building the capacity to improve
Having established strengths and weaknesses through the benchmark service, it is important to then identify areas for improvement and achieve these goals. This guidance gives clear information in how this aim can be achieved through establishing an improvement team, developing project plans, and gaining buy-in from the wide range of stakeholders.
